Sam utilised his 2015 support payment funding to continue his studies for a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD). He is interested in number of different beer styles and beers produced using varying production methods. His long term goal is to produce a range of these different beers whether it be by starting a brewery of his own or working for someone else and utilising a barrel aging warehouse.
