Tony and his wife purchased a 34 acre dairy property outside of Normanville with the aim of setting up a small sheep dairy and cheesery. His cheese interest started as a child visiting Cheddar Gorge in England, with the defining moment in 2009 when visiting an artisan sheep dairy/cheesery in Switzerland.
His funding was used to complete the Cert III Food Processing (Cheese) through the Artisan Cheese Making Academy Australia at TAFESA Regency in 2013. Tony with the assistance of “the girls” established Seavewe Artisan Sheep Dairy which unfortunately was a victim of Covid but Tony will always be a cheesemaker at heart and a valued member of our F&B family.
