Keen to support the tourism industry of the mid north and potentially expand work opportunities in the region Tim completed Cert III Food Processing microbrewing at TAFESA in 2020.
He had established Burra Scrumpy Company in 2015 with an apple orchard and cellar door. Unfortunately the business is temporarily closed but we have every confidence that Tim will do everything he can to reopen again in the future.
