Maple is the owner-maker of Happy Maple, a dedicated vegan, gluten-free, free-from, small batch artisanal donut business with a very loyal and dedicated following in Adelaide. In 2016 she undertook a 5 day intensive vegan ice-cream making course Cool School by Sweet Ritual in Austin Texas to learn the necessary skills to complement her current product offering with exceptional vegan, allergy friendly ice-cream.
Maple is currently living OS and we cant wait for her to return and create her Happy Maple deliciousness all over again.
