In 2011 we were approached by Luke who had a keen interest for the brewing industry and at that stage was enrolled in the Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at Uni SA.
Wanting to be in a position within the beverage sector where he could create new products his funding was used to complete the Introduction to Malting and Brewing short program at the University of Ballarat.
