Lisa and her partner had a dream of having their own chocolate and coffee shop and gallery on Kangaroo Island. In 2013 we assisted Lisa to complete Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School chocolates and pralines training along with a course on Showpieces which gave Lisa the skills and knowledge to continue her journey and produce quality products utilising local ingredients.

Their dreams were realised in Kingscote and Lisa is now in the process of establishing her next business – Essential Chocolates.
