After travelling to Finland and meeting with the renowned Robert Paulig, I developed my love for gourmet coffee. Once I returned to Australia, my uncle and I embarked on a journey that would not have been possible without the help of the Food and Beverage Development Fund.
Carol and her team assisted me in attaining the coffee roasting and cupping training that I needed in 2011 to start my coffee roasting journey. Many years later, our boutique coffee roasting business Obsession Coffee is still thriving in South Australia.
