Greg was keen to formalise his brewing training and undertook the Cert III Food Processing (Microbrewing) at TAFESA Regency in 2019.
This combined with his previous training including Cert IV Bookkeeping & Diploma Hospitality has provided him with fabulous all round skills for his role at Forktree Brewing in Carrickalinga.
