Having been in the meat industry since he was 17, Daniel approached us in 2018 as he was keen to further his career options and stay in the trade that he loves. He completed a Cert IV Meat Processing (Quality Assurance) at TAFESA and would eventually like to be a Health Inspector or Quality Assurance Officer.
Fast forward to 2024 and he is currently working as a food safety coordinator/butcher with the next step in his career being a QA Officer. We wish him every success.
