Winemaker Bryn wanted to pursue his lifelong passion of cider making so with the assistance of F&B he attended the Advanced Cider and Perry Production course held by the Cider and Perry Academy at Washington State University in 2012. The course allowed him to develop an in-depth understanding of cider microbiology, chemistry, fermentation, production technology and sensory evaluation.
