Section 28 Artisan Cheeses

Emily has a scientific background having graduated from Uni SA with a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical science.

The pharmaceutical industry did not fulfil her passion for food, agriculture and creativity. To fuel her passion she sought out a local artisan cheese producer and is now happily employed as an Affineur at Section 28 in Woodside.

Emily will be travelling to the MONS Academy in France to complete their affinage training program.
