I was fortunate enough to get funding from the Food and Beverage Development Fund in 2016 to complete my Certificate III in Patisserie at TAFESA Regency. This allowed me to get back into baking after years of learning all aspects of front of house in cafe settings. I particularly liked learning about gateaux and french style desserts and would like to open my own business one day.
