Six months in France when she was a young teenager developed Sophies love for cheese and attending a one day cheese making course at Woodside Cheese Wrights with Kris Lloyd made her all the more passionate about all things cheese. Her long time goal is to have a career in the cheese and gourmet food industry and we assisted her in 2014 with funding to complete Cert III Food Processing (Cheese) at TAFESA Regency.
