David was one of our first cheese industry applicants and in 2011 was funded to travel to New Zealand and complete the Cheesemakers Certificate at the New Zealand Cheese School.
In the process of establishing Robe Dairy he took the time to develop a clear vision for his dairy and farm shop and his training gave him the skills to convert their beautiful jersey milk into equally beautiful cheese. He achieved his dream and Robe Dairy created numerous amazing artisan products including the creamiest and most delicious brie we have ever tasted.
Unfortunately lifes dreams don’t always continue as planned, but David pictured here with Jill the cow, will always be one of our treasured F&B recipients.
