In 2011 Andrew and his wife started their own on farm butchery business called The River Farm Products enabling them to grown their own quality meat and sell to the public. They offer a full range of products including lamb, beef, pork and chicken from their property in Port Lincoln.

Wanting to formalise his skills and knowledge Andrews 2014 funding was used to complete Cert III Retail Butcher and Cert III Smallgoods training
