Chad had been in the baking industry for 11 years when he approached us in 2008 wanting to broaden his horizons through further education and training.

Chad was shocked to learn that the “papers” he received years before were not in fact his Trade papers.

We assisted Chad to complete his Cert III in Food Processing – Retail Baking (Cake and Pastry) to formalise his skills and to also complete the Bakers Trade Recognition process to ensure he could officially say he was Trade qualified.

Chad has run his own business; worked for a fellow F&B recipient; and is still baking and doing what he loves at a well known SA baking institution. We need more Chads in this world.
