When we first assisted Caroline in 2010 she was in the process of setting up her own Cellar Door/Cafe in McLaren Vale.

She was keen to further her skills and knowledge within the wine industry and completed the Foundation, Level 2 and Level 3 Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) courses through Fall from Grace.

Fast forward to 2024 and she operates Blessed Cheese Catering at Aldinga Beach.  With a passion for making people happy through food, Blessed Cheese Catering creates beautiful, mouth watering platters and magnificent grazing tables.
