Way back in 2010 Cheryse came to us for assistance in the final year of her Pastry Chef apprenticeship. We were so impressed with Cheryse’s passion and commitment to the industry that we funded various Gateaux courses at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School in Melbourne.
