In 2012 Sue approached us looking to complete Cert IV and Diploma of Food Technology. In addition to being a qualified Chef Sue she was working at the time for Beerenberg as a consultant food technologist. She was – and still is – passionate about product development.

We miss you Sue and are determined we will get you to at least one of our future award nights. There is no escape when you become a member of our F&B family.
