Maple is the owner-maker of Happy Maple, a dedicated vegan, gluten-free, free-from, small batch artisanal donut business with a very loyal and dedicated following in Adelaide.  To expand her product offering Maple will undertake a 5 day intensive vegan ice-cream making course Cool School by Sweet Ritual in Austin Texas to learn the necessary skills to complement her current product offering with exceptional vegan, allergy friendly ice-cream.  Keep an eye out for Happy Maple on Social media.  We look forward to sharing the free-from journey with this very happy lady.

He has now decided to put his energy into a different career and as his passion lies within the specialty coffee industry he will undertake Coffee Roasting training and also the SAYES program with Business SA.  He has plans to create something unique for Adelaide.  Watch this space.
