Murray Bridge Cheesery sets the standard at the 2015 SA Dairy AwardsDate : 2015-08-24 11:16:17 A small family owned cheesery set on the outskirts of the township of Murray Bridge has scooped the pool at the SA Dairy awards, (conducted by the Royal Adelaide Show and DIAA), winning 4 out of the 10 trophies offered and in so doing becoming the most successful cheesery at this years show. Wayne Austin is no April fool! Although he did start his Cheese Please cheesery in Murray Bridge on April fool’s day 2013. Just two years into commercial production Wayne has lived and run his business by the standards set at a very young age of not accepting second best, this standard has paid off for Wayne and Cheese Please at the 2015 SA Dairy Awards, winning :- AWARDS The Swire Cold Storage medallion – Gold – Cheese Please Haloumi, The Artisan Cheese Making Academy Australia medallion – Top Gold – Cheese Please Flinders Gold – Cheese Please Havarti
